The plain-language fine print

What is a conversation?
A new customer conversation started by a missed call or a text to your TextGopher™ number.
What counts toward my plan?
Each new customer conversation in your month. Follow-up texts inside the same conversation do not count again.
What does not count?
STOP replies, your own messages, and our confirmations. A repeat call from the same number within ten minutes does not count again.
How many are included?
Gopher Solo: 100 a month. Gopher Crew: 300 a month.
What happens at the limit?
TextGopher™ tells the caller the owner will follow up and notifies you. Nothing extra is charged.
Any surprise overages?
No. You are never billed past your plan. Upgrade anytime if you need more.
Are messaging fees included?
Yes. Text messages and carrier registration are included in the plan price.
Is a card required?
Yes, to start the 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends.
How does renewal work?
Monthly or annual, your choice. Your plan renews until you cancel.
Can I cancel?

Follow-up texts inside the same conversation don't count again, and neither does the same caller ringing twice in ten minutes. At your limit, TextGopher™ tells the caller the owner will follow up and notifies you. No overages, ever.

Mark a conversation as spam and it moves out of your pipeline and stops any further replies. STOP replies, your own messages, and our confirmations never count toward your plan.

About 15 minutes: sign up, answer a few setup questions, and turn on call forwarding with the dial codes we show you. One honest caveat: US carriers require every business texting number to be registered, which usually clears in hours but can take a few days. We handle the paperwork and keep you posted.
